Rhyan grew up in the City of Ventura, she is a local girl who’s family moved to Ventura in the early 1900s. She attended junior college in Northern California and transferred to California State University, Chico where she graduated with a Bachelors of Art in Economics. Upon returning home to Ventura, she began her career in the real estate industry. Her experience comes from several different facets of the real estate industry including title insurance, short sale negotiation, transaction coordinating, and property management. She received her California Department of Real Estate Salespersons license in 2003 and her California Department of Real Estate Brokers License in 2016. She graduated from The Southern California Institute of Law in 2015 with a Juris Doctorate degree, educating herself further in many law courses including Landlord Tenant Law.

She has been a landlord herself for the past nine years and knows the importance of creating a professional relationship with property owners and tenants to communicate effectively. Her vision to open a boutique property management company came to fruition in the fall of of 2015, and she began taking the necessary steps to open her doors in the new year.

With her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, personal experience, and professionalism she is looking forward to working with property owners to meet their property management needs. Being a local girl, she knows the Ventura area well and has a pulse on the current rental market.

Rhyan currently resides on the beach in Oxnard with her husband and their daughter. In their spare time, they enjoy being at the beach with their friends and family, as well as working on their home.

Jillian Peter-McLeod is an accounting and operations specialist with a background in business accounting and management. Jillian has worked in property management for almost four years with Preferred Property Management and & Real Estate before joining Burrows Real Estate Company. She enjoys helping others in any capacity, whether it is with their property investment or housing needs. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the College of Creative Studies at UCSB. She feels her education has refined her strong attention to detail, her work ethic and desire for efficiency. Jillian resides in Santa Paula with her husband and two boys and enjoys hiking in the Los Padres National Forest. 

I am a second generation Realtor here in Ventura County.  I have spent my entire life in and around this business.  Real estate and sales have always been my niche.  As of recent my specialty has been working with the elderly community, but I do service all demographics. I am a certified senior advisor. I currently live in Oxnard with my wife, child, dog and 2 cats. I am excited for the opportunity to speak with you!

Loreto was born and raised in Southern California. She has lived abroad twice but always seems to come back to the beautiful coast of Ventura County. Moving to Santiago, Chile in her teens to attend college, and later to Nayarit, Mexico to help manage an Adventure Resort, Loreto has always enjoyed meeting people and the sense of community. She is also fluent in Spanish!

After working at Ventura College for almost 15 years in different administrative positions, Loreto is excited to transition to Property Management and Real Estate with Burrows Real Estate Company!

Loreto lives in Oxnard with her son and two daughters. She enjoys traveling, live music, performing in theatre and hanging out with friends and her kids.
